Our Mission
Voices College-Bound Language Academies will prepare all students for the challenges of higher education through the context of an academically rigorous dual-language program. In addition, we will ensure students demonstrate high academic achievement and apply critical thinking skills while making sense of their role within their own culture and the greater society.

Vicky Lopez
Leadership
Ms. Lopez is originally from South San Francisco and has spent most of her life in the Bay Area. Ms. Lopez joined Voices because she sees herself represented in the school community and feels passionate about providing equitable outcomes for all students and their families. Before her current role, Ms. Lopez was a 2nd grade teacher at Voices Morgan Hill and served as the 2nd grade mathematics Course Lead for the entire network. Ms. Lopez earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science with a minor in English of American Cultures from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on English Learner Equity from National University. In her free time, Ms. Lopez loves to read memoirs, attend live music events, and take her chihuahua Toby for long walks. She also loves to travel to visit her family in Nicaragua and Costa Rica and wants to visit every country in Latin America!
