Christina Mazotti Prieto is an experienced educational leader and educator with more than 20 years of experience serving students, families, and school communities throughout California. As the new Principal of Voices Flagship, she is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centered school culture focused on academic excellence, student well-being, and strong partnerships with families and the community.

Throughout her career, Christina has been dedicated to supporting the success of all students through collaborative leadership, instructional coaching, and relationship-centered practices. She brings extensive experience in instructional leadership, student services, attendance accountability, professional development, and Special Education processes, including SST, 504, and IEP support.

Prior to becoming Principal of Voices Flagship, Christina served as the Student Services Manager at Voices Morgan Hill. In that role, she worked closely with staff and families to support student achievement, strengthen instructional practices, and ensure equitable support systems for all learners.

Christina also previously served as an Assistant Principal with both Sacred Heart Nativity Schools and San Jose Unified School District, where she partnered with teachers, students, and families to improve instructional programs, strengthen school culture, and support student growth. In addition, she has taught a variety of grade levels and subjects, including Language Arts, Social Studies, Leadership, Physical Education, and intervention courses.

Bilingual in Spanish, Christina values building authentic relationships with families from diverse backgrounds and believes deeply in the power of collaboration between schools and communities. She is passionate about creating learning environments where students feel safe, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
