Voices College-Bound Language Academies CEO and Founder Frances Teso was awarded the Hart Vision Award as the 2020 Leader of the North by the California Charter School Association. Frances is a fighter. She has experienced all the possible fights a charter school could experience. She sees the need for quality education in underserved areas – like the one where she grew up.
