Mrs. Ramirez joined Voices in 2007 as the founding Business Manager and as a founding Voices parent. With Voices Founder and CEO Frances Teso, Mrs. Ramirez helped establish Voices and make it the excellent educational option that it is today. Using her years of knowledge and successful experience, she empowers Voices’ Human Resources and Operations Teams. Texas, but raised in East San Jose, Mrs. Ramirez is a local through and through. Wanting to fight the status quo Mrs. Ramirez pursued a higher education to serve as a role model for her children. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and MBA from San Jose State University. After raising three children, Mrs. Ramirez recently became an empty nester and now enjoys spending her free time at CrossFit and traveling with her husband.
