He is working towards a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and is set to graduate in 2025. With over 19 years of leadership experience, Jaime has held significant roles, such as Chief Business Official and Interim VP of Administration at Gavilan College. His expertise lies in strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence, particularly in managing educational business administration and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jaime is certified in PROSCI Change Management and by the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO). His bilingualism has been instrumental in effectively connecting with diverse communities throughout his career. Jaime is a proud U.S. Army veteran.
